Refinance – Easy, no pressure

My experience with Mates Rates Mortgages was extremely positive. There was significant consultation about my requirements for a home loan which was followed by the provision of a variety of information about options that might fulfil the criteria that I had outlined. The information was provided in a format that was easy to understand and interpret and allowed comparison between products. The broker was available to answer questions at any time and appeared to have a comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of products from different lenders. At no stage did I feel pressured to sign up with any particular company.

The broker did not push a commission refund as a selling point with any particular product – it was mentioned more as an added benefit rather than a reason for making a decision one way or another. The focus was geared towards meeting my requirements. I have been very happy with the recommended product as I had made an informed decision which was based on accurate information provided by the broker.
