How much can you spend on a property to be eligible for the First Home Owners Grant?

If you purchase a newly built or renovated house, townhouse, apartment or unit, the purchase price must not exceed $600,000.

If you purchase vacant land and sign a building contract with a builder, the total combined cost of the vacant land, building contract and any building variations must not exceed $750,000.
